Notice to Shareholders - 2021 Tax Form 1099DIV - Extremely Important

In order to allow adequate time for the annual year-end audit to be concluded prior to issuance of the IRS Form 1099-DIV to shareholders, the fund will file a 30 day extension with the Internal Revenue Service that extends the deadline for the fund to issue form 1099DIV. Based on this extension, you should receive your 1099-DIV by February 28, 2022.

The resulting portfolios are differentiated when compared with the many ETFs and index-like products offered today.
